Utility Payments

The Regional District currently is managing three water systems and one sewer system.  The Thornhill Water Systems (covers lower and upper Thornhill), Terrace Rural Water System (North Terrace), South Hazelton Water System and Queensway/Churchill Drive, Sewer System.

The user fees for these systems are billed on a semi-annual basis for flat rate users and quarterly for the Thornhill Water System metered customers.

These fees may be paid by the following methods:

1.   by cheque (post dated cheque accepted)

2.   visa, mastercard (in person at the RD office in Terrace or by phone)

3.   Interac (in person at the RD office in Terrace)

4.   payable at most financial institutions

5.   through online banking under account name Kitimat-Stikine RD utilities
