Building in the Regional District of Kitimat-Stikine - New Regulations take effect July 1, 2012

Regional District of Kitimat-Stikine:  Building Declaration and Siting Approval Permit.

Beginning July 01, 2012 the Regional District of Kitimat-Stikine will require an application be made for a Building Declaration and Siting Approval Permit prior to the start of any new construction.  This change, mandated under the Regional District of Kitimat-Stikine Development Approval and Notification Procedures Bylaw No. 613, 2012, takes what was formerly a voluntary process to a mandatory procedure.
