The Owner (Regional District of Kitimat-Stikine or RDKS) invites tenders from Contractors to provide all materials, supervision, labor, vehicles, equipment, and all else necessary for or incidental to the proper execution of the Churchill drive Water Main replacement Work and associated Schedules.
