Regional District’s main office will reopen to the public as of Monday, June 1. Public access will be offered through reduced hours of 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. until further notice.
Before you visit, please call ahead. We may be able to assist you on the phone -250-615-6100. We strongly suggest visitors to call ahead and make an appointment with our staff as front counter space permits only 2 visitors at a time. Our office staff are available between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, except statutory holidays.
Please do not visit if you feel unwell in any way or have recently traveled out of province.
Please observe all signage throughout the building. Help us help you stay safe.
All other facilities including the Thornhill Fire Hall, Thornhill Community Centre, Thornhill Animal Shelter and the Upper Skeena Recreation Center will remain closed until reopening can be done safely for both the public and staff, efficiently and with regard to provincial health authority directives.
Our waste management facilities – landfills and transfer stations, remain open as an essential service. Please visit only when necessary, follow signage and attendant messaging and be vigilant regarding safe physical distancing.
