    The Owner (Regional District of Kitimat-Stikine or RDKS) invites proposals for Electoral Area E (Thornhill) Community Issues Assessment.

    Scope of the project includes assessing current governance and service delivery arrangements in Thornhill, identifying community issues and priorities, and engaging residents, First Nations, and key parties of interest to gather input and summarize findings.
