We're excited to announce the launch of our compost pilot project!
Beginning Saturday, May 16, compost will be available for sale at the Thornhill Transfer Station. Here's what to expect:
- Cost is $5 per 250L, or 0.25 cubic metres (how much is that? see the image below)
- Compost will be available on a first-come, first-served basis
- Shovels will be available for your use, but customers are expected to self-load into their containers and vehicles
- No containers will be provided
- Payment by credit or debit only, we're not able to accept cash.
