The operating hours at the Kitwanga Transfer Station are changing slightly starting May 1st.
After speaking to residents and receiving feedback from the surrounding communities, the majority were supportive of updating the transfer station’s operating hours.
Please note, this is only a 5 month pilot project to start. Towards the end of the pilot project we will review when the transfer station was most used and reach out to facility users to make sure the new times are working.

Monday CLOSED
Tuesday CLOSED
Wednesday 11:00am to 6:00pm
Thursday 11:00am to 6:00pm
Friday 11:00am to 6:00pm
Saturday 10:00am to 5:00pm
Sunday 10:00am to 5:00pm
