The RDKS is developing an Official Community Plan and a zoning bylaw review for Area C, also known as Greater Terrace. This includes Rosswood, Kleanza, Jackpine Flats, Lakelse Lake, New Remo and other communities.
We're hosting an Open House on Thursday, May 14th, to present a draft version of the Greater Terrace Zoning Bylaw. RDKS staff will be on hand to answer questions and hear any comments or feedback from the community.
This event is specifically about the draft zoning bylaw for Area C, but all are welcome to attend. We hope to see you there!
